Uttar Pradesh in North India is the largest and most populous state in India. The city of Ghaziabad in western border of the state, located very close to the eastern part of the National capital, Delhi. This area is more of a suburb of Delhi. In 2012, Evangelist Ipe connected with Pastor Vijendra Singh with the help of Pastor Anil Singh. Vijendra Singh and his family run the Church among the laborer's and small business folks. Evangelist Ipe has been to this area a few times and held meetings in their Church.
Pastor Vijendra is also doing outreach work in Nepal and Jharkhand. Mathai Outreach Ministries is
supporting several Pastors who are ministering in these areas.
