In 2008 Evangelist Ipe went to Nepal without any pre-planned meetings. He met brothers Anil Singh and
Sunil Singh in Kathmandu. Sunil was a worship leader in a local Church, while Anil lived and worked in
New Delhi with his family. During Evangelist Ipe’s visit, Sunil Singh was sick and he had a chance to pray
for him. Sunil recovered from his illness and this established a local connection with people from Nepal.
In 2012, Sunil came to Kerala and Evangelist Ipe supported him with a Bible School. They communicated
further about his brother Anil’s Ministry in Delhi among the Nepali workers and labourers who serviced the
Military officers’ residences. Evangelist Ipe started supporting Anil Singh in a significant way and thus
established a Church in Delhi.
